One of Jazzway’s all time favorite holiday shows, saxophonist Tim Warfield brings his vivid and inventive showcase of traditional holiday songs back to Baltimore with an impressive all star band. The New York Times named Tim Warfield’s Jazzy Christmas one of the 20 best holiday recordings when it was released in 2013. Tim’s holiday show is a truly tasteful offering, incorporating inventive instrumental improvisations and warm vocals. The elite band includes Tim Warfield - saxophones/bandleader, Terell Stafford-trumpet, Cyrus Chestnut-piano, Warren Wolf-vibraphone, Georgia Heers-vocals, Rodney Whitaker-bass and Clarence Penn-drums. This concert is also a fundraiser and tickets include a complimentary soft drinks, a raffle and an after concert buffet of desserts and appetizers.
