Join Link 2 Lee's Summit for the next Nonprofit Spotlight lunch, featuring Chris Turney, founder of Wings 4 Water.
What started as a backyard wings contest and a bet with a Patriots fan has grown into one of Lee's Summit's most beloved charity events, drawing nearly 6,000 people each fall and delivering clean water to more than 11,000 people worldwide.
At this lunch, Turney will share the Wings 4 Water story and talk about the local partnerships that have helped fuel its growth. The Nonprofit Spotlight series is designed to connect nonprofit leadership with active business and community leaders — not to ask for donations, but to highlight meaningful work and spark new partnerships.
