Come celebrate Japan’s gooey bean at Frolic’s annual Natto Day Dinner by Chef Lee Anne Wong at Koko Head Cafe!

The July 10th one-night-only event showcases natto through a creative multi-course tasting menu designed to highlight the versatility and flavor of one of Japan's most beloved traditional foods.

• Natto Ahi Tostada

• Avocado, Chile, Mint, Crispy Tofu

• Marinated Natto, Cucumber Chili Munch, Cilantro

Five-Course Tasting Menu

• Natto Caesar Salad

• Konbu, Cabbage, Shiitake, Natto Chawanmushi

• Marinated Ikura, Mitsuba, Paupiette of Black Cod

• Nori, Tomato Dashi, Shiso, Basil, Wagyu Beef

• Natto Brown Butter, Kimchi Nattomeshi, Perilla

Dessert

• Chocolate Crémeux with Black Sesame, Lime, Natto Crumble

• Ticket Price: $110 per guest

• Beverages are not included and will be available for purchase separately.

• Corkage Fee: $20 per 750ml bottle.

• Seating is communal and limited.

• Advance ticket purchase is required.
